The EZ swallow tablets are coated with a natural vanilla flavor, and smaller in size than adult tablets. The EZ tablets provide over 30 vitamins, minerals, trace elements and other nutrients in bioavailable forms, such as Metafolin®, the bioactive form of folate.
As a dietary supplement, young adults who can safely swallow a tablet take 6 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
